JM heroes...and their accents.

Question:

In your head, do you "hear" the historical heroes talking in a british accent?

Crystal and I were talking about this earlier in regards to Clayton, and our answer was a categorical no. In my head, Clay SO does not have an accent.

Thoughts on this fascinating topic? lol

Nooooo! Although I like British accent in some parallel universe, it's weird. In my mind they talk in perfect American accent (of course it depends on my accent, and technically my accent is not perfect, so I'm trying to say, in my mind they speak English which feels the most natural to me )

The British accent really turns me off (no offense to anyone living or dead) lol I mean imagine leaning towards the hero in a love scene and asking him 'can u repeat that love? I didn't quite catch that' :p
'What's that again love?' Lolx!
I like my heroes talking in a Normal American accent. I understand that accent easier and better. And it doesn't turn me off hahaha :p
So no way does any hero or heroine historical or otherwise speak in any other accent other than the normal plainly spoken American one in my head haha

AH! I LOVE THE BRITISH ACCENT! ♥
I can hear them speak for hours and hours. . .
However, somehow, I didn't imagine the JM heroes speaking in British accent even they were English. Um, I wonder why!

Exactly. I also enjoy British accents. In fact, I have often wished I had one. (And have been known to randomly adopt one after drinking a teensy bit more alcohol than strictly necessary.)

But my JM heroes--particularly Clayton--do NOT have british accents.

They just don't.
